Revenue Growth Management (RGM) has been a central part of my professional journey - an area where creativity and strategy meet data-driven precision. My passion lives at the intersection of math and magic - the robust depth of data and analytics available to marketers today and the art of storytelling in a way that changes worldviews and incents action among those brands seek to influence. When unlocked correctly, RGM delivers results for the business by putting the consumer at the center: matching the right assortment, sales channels, and promotional levers with the right current or potential customers. And when the consumer is at the center, revenue, profitability, and sustainable value creation follow.
I have extensive experience in developing and implementing Revenue Growth Management strategies across various channels, geographies, and categories. From optimizing pricing and promotions to enhancing trade relationships and effectiveness, I thrive on identifying and executing strategies that drive top- and bottom-line growth. Whether it’s through brick-and-mortar retail promotions or personalized digital consumer journeys, my approach is always anchored in a test-and-learn mindset and a commitment to measurable results.
