Optionality is the Best Defense to Uncertainty

Why flexibility and options help defend against the unknown.

There are a lot of forces at play in the market that create an ever-shifting and evolving landscape. Given this uncertainty, the more options at your disposal, the more likely you are to be well-positioned in any set of conditions.

To that end, spending time on the front end of a body of work to contemplate how you can build optionality into your plan is time well spent.

This may cause a delay in action initially, but the ability to adjust, pivot, and react is worth the upfront time and energy.

How can you build optionality into your work?

Thanks for spending time with me in my workshop,

Eric
