Step One

Why the first step is often the most important.

My daughter didn't graduate from college on Tuesday. But she did attend her very first day of pre-school. Day 1 of pre-school is simply Step 1 towards her college degree.

Often we get so focused on the end goal, that we have a hard time figuring out how to get there. We can see the end, we can see where we are, but the path to connect those two points isn't clear.

Getting started is often the key. Avoid standing still. Inertia is a powerful force.

So ask yourself - what is Step 1?

And once you have that answer, take action.
